The Ethics of Invisible UX

This evolution toward invisible interfaces brings tremendous convenience — but also new ethical questions. When the mechanics of how technology works become hidden, users may lose agency and understanding.

Who controls these invisible systems? How transparent should they be about their operations? How do we ensure users maintain meaningful control over technology they can’t see or directly manipulate?
